Privacy Policy

How Pro Doors and Gates collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Who we are

This website is run by Pro Doors and Gates Services, LLC, a family-owned door and gate company at 1940 Everheart Rd, Bells, TX 75414. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Pro Doors and Gates.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to prodoorsandgatesdfw.com and to the request forms on it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you send a service request through one of our forms, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, if you choose to give it
  • The service you need
  • Your message, which may include your address and details about your door or gate

If you call or email us instead, we collect the information you share in that call or email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information in its server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for websites and is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix problems. We don't use it to identify you.

If you allow it, we also use Google Analytics to learn how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general area visitors are in (city level), the type of device and browser, and how people found us. Google Analytics only runs after you choose "Allow" in our cookie notice. We use this information in summary form to improve the site, not to identify you.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

  • Respond to your request by phone, text message or email
  • Schedule visits, give you options and do the work you ask for
  • Keep records of the work we do
  • Protect our forms from spam and misuse
  • Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use your phone number to contact you about your request. We don't use it for marketing calls or texts.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser.

Our website sets cookies only if you allow them. When you first visit, a notice asks whether we may use Google Analytics cookies. Nothing from Google Analytics loads until you choose "Allow."

  • If you choose "Allow": Google Analytics sets cookies named "_ga" and "_ga_" followed by an ID. They count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones, and they last up to two years.
  • If you choose "No thanks" or ignore the notice: no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not load.
  • Remembering your choice: we save your choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months so we don't ask on every page.
  • Changing your mind: use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw permission, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as "No thanks."

The spam checks on our forms run in your browser and don't save anything to your device.

Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google. When that page loads, Google may set its own cookies. Those cookies are controlled by Google under its privacy policy.

Links to other sites: if you follow a link to another website, such as our Facebook page, that site's own cookie and privacy policies apply.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser's settings. Blocking cookies won't stop this website from working.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website doesn't track you across other websites, so it doesn't change how it works when it receives that signal. Google Analytics stays off unless you allow it, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as described under Cookies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your request and contact details as long as we need them to respond to you, provide service and keep our business records. After that, we delete them. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention schedule. Google Analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period set in our Analytics account and then deleted.

How we protect your information

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our email is limited to our team. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card or bank details through our forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong
  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records
  • Stop contacting you

To make a request, call (903) 294-1846 or email prodoorsandgates@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Children's privacy

This website is meant for adults looking for door and gate service. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
